It may not be a big deal to you, but since it’s been a minute since I’d heard it from him, I decided to write it down so I wouldn’t forget.

My dad told me that he loved me last night, but it was kind of weird b/c after he uttered the words, he said he didn’t know why and asked me did I know why. Now how weird is that?

I guess he has his own way of expressing feelings. It’s all good though.

Today we had youth federation in Jackson, but it was no ordinary youth federation. We had a tri-state youth federation. Churches from Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama all convened together in Jackson for church. The program was amazing and the turnout was magnificent.

Pastor Nigel David from Seattle, WA delivered the message during divine worship and whoever booked him to come and preach did a great job. I know that youth federation isn’t for me because technically, let’s face it, I’m no longer a “youth”, but that man brought the house down. He was engaging and interesting and the message was applicable to people in all age groups.

I had soo much fun and love when church is moving as it was today.
